All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
- If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3–7 business days
International Orders
7–14 business days depending on the destination.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to postal service delays, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
Skin Doctor’s Pimple Patches is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.
However, we are happy to assist you if:
- Your product arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Your product is defective
Return Request Window
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
